| Description | The Castelli Arenberg Gel LF Glove is designed for riding over the harshest surfaces and with full finger coverage offers a bit more protection than its fingerless brethren. The glove takes its name from one of the most famous roads in cycling's history: La Trouée Arenberg or the Arenberg Trench. A regular fixture on Paris-Roubaix since it first appeared in 1968 the Arenberg is 2.4km stretch of brutal cobbles that is notorious for separating the strong from the weak. Riding over such terrain demands ample padding. The Arenberg Gel LF has generous gels pads across the palm and silicone grips to aid control. A micromesh panel back helps keep your hand cool and there is a microsuede panel on the thumb for nose and sweat duties. The Castelli Damping System (CDS) protects the median nerve and an adjustable wrist closure means you get the perfect fit.
